We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Pleaser footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your shoes are tested on carpeted surfaces to maintain their pristine condition for eligibility.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Pleaser branded box, including all protective tissue and accessories provided.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
